Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Communicate with customers and colleagues to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products prices, spare parts, delivery dates, technical support and other services.
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Answer telephone calls when office admin has another line, not present at station or out of office. Response to emails should be prompt and ideally under 24 hours.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints. Informing responsible manager about any major complaints or problems which need immediate action and attention.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manage customers' accounts.
• Provide pricing and delivery information. Create new offers and provide Business Developers with necessary information such as margin, value, pricing tool sheets and product availability. Priority should be given to Business Developer requests “Sales support”.
• Generate a CRM number for new projects prior to offer creation and update relevant information according to developments. All other CRM tasks are under the responsibility of the Business Developer.
• Process orders, forms, application, and requests. Manage order confirmations in time and plan delivery schedules based on the given requirements.
• Management and maintenance of Customer data base (general & fiscal data). Perform customer verifications and set up new customer accounts.
• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports when required by Business Developer.
• Coordinate the process of creating Letters of Credit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• More than 3 years’ experience in Customer Service and Order Process
• Proficient in SAP
• Excellent English communication skills
