Job Description
• Receiving calls, emails, chats and walk-in customers to address customer needs, complaints, or other issues related to the service/product. Most of the interactions are inbound, but outbound calls can be also made based on specific requirements defined by the client.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, providing possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and suggest improvement to team leaders.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services.
• Due to nature of job, fluency in Arabic is necessary

Requirements:

• Should have own visa
• Arabic speaking
• Must be fluent in English
