Job description / Role
• Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline) that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Support customer engagement efforts by responding to inquiries via social media, email, and other channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE, preferably in a similar role within an industry related to the company’s operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop marketing materials and collaborate across teams.
• Takes initiative to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies.
