Job description / Role
An online marketplace that connects cleaning service providers with customers launched in 2015 in Dubai, and we are looking for a passionate and capable Customer Care Agent to support our business operations.
Responsibilities
• Handling complaints by quickly providing efficient solutions
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email and live chat
• Coordinate with the service providers to constantly improve our service quality
• Connect our customer with the ideal cleaner and ensure satisfaction on both sides
Requirements
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in a professional call-centre
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for contact with the customer & providing solutions
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Highly motivated and service-oriented person; your way of working is characterized by a high degree of reliability and organizational skills
• Sales experience is a plus
