Employment: Full Time

About the Client:
A German company that supplies high-quality window, door and façade systems made from aluminium, PVC-U and steel.

Job Description:
• Support the operations team in creating sales order documents, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data
• Update the account status of the customer as per the Operations Department
• Achieve Key performance Indicators provided by the Operations Manager
• Keep the Sales Manager advised on status and submit required reports
• Always establish a good relationship between the customer and the company to secure future business

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to ANY nationality
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years of work experience on the same role, preferably from aluminum façade industry
• With experience handling logistics activities (shipping & invoicing)
• Excellent administrative skills and experienced in using ERP systems
• Skilled in basic word processing, spread sheet applications, and using Microsoft Office applications
