Position Title: Customer Service Agent
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based rental service offering cars, yachts, and water sports equipment

Job Description:
-Assist customers with booking, picking up, and returning rental vehicles.
-Provide information on rental policies, insurance options, rates, and vehicle features.
-Prepare rental agreements, process payments, and manage customer documentation.
-Inspect vehicles upon check-out and return, reporting any issues or damages.

-Open to Female, Indian & Filipino nationals aged 30 and below
-Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
-Excellent English literacy and communication skills
-Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
