Job description / Role
A leading automotive company in Abu Dhabi is searching for energetic candidates (preferably females) to work as a Customer Service Agent/ Officer.
Job Summary:
• Responsible for acting as the middle point between customers and the company.
• Conducts internal & external communication for a variety of customer-oriented objectives
Primary Responsibilities and Duties are but not limited to the follwoing:
• Communication with customers and potential customers
• Resolves customer complaints
• Compiles reports on overall customers satisfaction.
• Updates customer information in the customer database
• Acts as the company ambassador.
Requirements
• University graduate
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good computer knowledge - Mainly MS Office
• Energetic
• Willingness and ability to learn and improve
• Positive, highly courteous attitude
• 1-3 years experience dealing with customers face to face or through a call center
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
