Job description / Role
Our client a well known FMCG Manufacturing Company in Ajman is seeking to hire a Customer Service and Logistics Manager. Incase if this interest you kindly share a copy of your updated CV with latest photograph on it.
Minimum 7years of experience in an Food Manufacturing company or Flour Mills in UAE is a MUST
Salary: AED 6,000 -AED 9,000 (Plus Accommodation)
Nationality: Anyone who can speak English and Urdu

Job Responsibilities:
The Customer service and logistics manager is responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by answering product and service questions; Process orders, preparing correspondences, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving any emerging problems that might be faced with accuracy and efficiency
Major Duties
• Develop & Implement Policies & procedures for the Customers services & Logistics department
• Track and develop the company services that provided to customers
• Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by developing cost-effective plans
• Follow up on customers' feedback regarding the company’s services & product in order to avoid any problems
• Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good condition
• Prepare work-progress reports for higher management
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Qualification
• BA in Business Administration or any related field, Master’s degree is preferred
• Minimum 10 years working experience for Customer Services & Logistics
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of people management experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office skills and logistics software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
