Job description / Role
Assist the team in the relationship management of accounts allocated within assigned geographic area, product range and list of customer accounts.
Description:
- Support the team in answering to customers’ enquiries (e-mails phone and fax) using the Best Practice guidelines, approved scripts and process guidelines.
- Use of ERP software and IMS dedicated to Customer Service.
- Log and collect data related to workload and activities. Keep customer database up-to-date.
- Follow and implement agreed standards of quality and quantity and process all orders/ claims/ queries.
- Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
- Assist in collection and archiving of all documentation.
- Follow the company rules and regulations
Requirements
- University Degree or Diploma.
- 1 year of customer service experience or without experience if holding a University degree.
