Job description / Role
About the Client:
A dynamic entertainment enterprise pioneering the future of immersive entertainment in UAE and KSA.
- Deals with customer inquiry, suggestion, complaints and feedback via email, various social platforms, and phone calls.
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with the team to ensure customer service is being delivered effectively.
- Develop a strong relationship with customers to ensure that company receive positive feedback online.
- Making reservations via email or telephone for B2B/B2C customers based on their various requirements.
Requirements:
- Open to UAE nationals
- 23 to 30 years old
- At least 1 years of experience on the similar role preferably from hotel, travel & tours, restaurant, ticketing attraction park
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have a family book.
