Customer Service Attendant

Job description / Role

We have job opportunity in Dubai with a mall.

• To deliver High quality of customer service
• To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
• To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
• To issue wheelchairs when required.
• Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.
• To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
• To make sure they don’t leave their allocated areas before briefing their supervisors.

Job Location - Palm Jumeriah, Dubai
Position - Customer Service Attendant
Duration - Long Term (12 months, extendable)
Salary: 5500 AED per month all inclusive (plus visa and Medical insurance)

No accommodation and no transportation.

Looking for Russian Speakers.

Preferred Females.

Preferred those in Dubai.

Presentable and Excellent communication skills in English and Russian language is required.

Salary:
AED 5500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
