Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This British multi national are recruiting for a brand new team to join their energetic and lively brand. You will liaise with customers using modern techniques such as video chat and social media channels to deal with customer inquiries, resolve queries, promote and up sell products and track complaints.

You will initially join on a 6 month contract with the opportunity to be extended or get offered a permanent position.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work flexible hours as required
• Sound knowledge of Social Media applications and trend
• High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm
• Fluent, written and spoken, in Arabic & English
