Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead the department, manage and motivate the representatives to ensure a high standard of service.
- Be an expert on the company policy and system.
- Manage customer and other external inquiries.
- Impose the the internal company and compliance policy, daily monitoring of online non-complaint pages and material and report.
- Maintain a consistent focus on quality improvement in all areas of work and implement best practice.
- Update the concerned trackers and documents for management review.
- Communicate with the US management team.

Requirements

- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proactive, flexible, patient and a team player with can do attitude.
- Service minded with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience as Customer Service Manager is a must.
