Employment: Full Time

A reputed Laundry Company in Dubai is looking for a Customer Service Executive:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive calls and messages for inquiry and pick-up request (bookings and inquiries)
• Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.
• Manages the bookings through different applications, WhatsApp, emails and toll free.
• Send bookings to the group chat and assign it to the driver designated on the area.
• Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers, shop receptionists, and the customers


• Provide first-hand information to customers during inquiry and closing it for a sale.
• Sort laundry depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so.
• Submits daily booking report to Marketing Manager and Director.
• Sends thank you messages to customers.
• Pitch for sales when doing a call back.
• Confirm damages with the customers.
• Keeps records of customer’s laundry accounts and details.
• Closes sales from inquires.
