Job description / Role
- Responsible for the overall sales support and all related procedures (for West Africa Market) e. g. creation of pre-proformas, quotations, order confirmations etc. and all relating correspondence while using the existing information- and correspondence systems
- Standard Pricing
- Follow-up of quotations
- Responsible for the administration and update of the data- and “ablage-“ systems
- Responsible for the control of the order processing including backorders in coordination with the responsible Managers or Departments, e. g. procurement, disposition, guarantee management, shipping logistics
- Responsible for the in-time Feed-Back of all customer- and competition information to the Sales Managers
- Preparing and analysing business trips
- Project participation and documentation of the results
- Autonomous fulfilment of all tasks described in the manual sales overseas
- Compliance of all regulations and guidelines from the manual Partner Program
- Participation of education measures/employee qualification
- Exhibition participation
- Active support of the IMS/DTAE
- Responsible for the processing of all tasks related to guest care during their complete visit
- Creation of all sales relevant analysis in coordination with the Head of Customer Service
- Responsible for the in-time realization and control of all assigned tasks
- Creation of checklists for the shipping logistics
- AOTP processing
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and must read, write and speak French fluently (Arabic speaking would be an added advantage).
- Presentable, organized, flexible, quick learner, sensitive to customer service and a great team player.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel skills.
- Experience in the similar field will be an added advantage.
