Job description / Role
Job Purpose: To provide professional, reliable and cost effective service maintenance of customers’ equipment through effective and quality call activity to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Follow company provided fault analysis manuals i.e. E-DOC, EUREKA, when servicing customer equipment in order to minimize machine downtime.
2. Adhere to the stock management procedures by monitoring usage and replenishment of vehicle stock, and customer site stock to ensure availability of spare parts.
3. Prioritize time and implement practical call management activities to achieve productivity standards and service processes.
4. Escalate any issues of machine down time to the team leader by following the escalation procedure in order to minimize machine down time.
5. Follow call administration& billing procedures i.e. handling cash, to minimize errors with customer billing.
6. Record customer call time, spares usage & meter readings on a daily basis to provide correct reporting to Work Control.
7. Adhere to timely call management by reporting closed calls to Work Control to increase individual productivity.
8. Stay up to date with technology advancement of all product developments/bulletins and skill updates, system literacy relating to all software, hardware and networking aspects.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ year of Electro-mechanical experience
Education: Diploma in Computing / Electro- mechanical / Engineering
Job Specific Skills: PC literacy, PC Hardware, Network training or equivalent certifications. UAE driving License.
Generic Skills: Excellent trouble shooting skills, well organized with the ability to multitasking with minimal supervision.
