Job description / Role
Looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our operations team in a Healthcare organization based in Abu Dhabi.
• English speaker, preferably with past hospital or medical center experience in the reception.
• Will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, provide relevant information on health services of the hospital.
• Performs general clerical duties and processes insurance information.
• Provide necessary information regarding the facility’s services and doctors’ availability.
• Prepare monthly reports regarding the reception and report any new trends noticed.
Requirements
• Candidate must be in UAE.
• Candidate must be good English speaker, preferably with experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Females are highly preferred.
• Candidate will be required to have time management skills and able to follow instructions clearly given in English.
