Job description / Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in the UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Customer Service Executive will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients in the beverages industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer orders and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
- Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverages industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as needed
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
