Job description / Role
Creative Zone is expanding its award-winning advisory solutions across the Middle East by providing an end-to-end solution, right from setting up a business to help growing and sustaining them within the region.
- Due to this exciting growth, we are looking for Russian Speaking Customer Service professionals to join our Client Servicing team in one of our group entities in Dubai.
Requirements
To join our team you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of company setup, business formation, government administration and relations would be advantageous.
- A strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Russian as a native language
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients
