Job description / Role
Customer Service Up To 7k Aed For A Logistics Company In Dubai
• Respond to all inquiries promptly (within same business day)
• Assist customers with general questions & product questions related to after sales
• Coordinate between the different internal & external departments to solve customers quo problems related to delivery & product issues
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers on the phone, in person and via email
• Utilize strong analytical, organization and decision-making skills to process customer requests
• Consistently go above and beyond customer expectations in order to ensure an unrivalled shopping experience
Requirements
• Open to RUSSIAN SPEAKER candidates
• Female, below 35 years old only
• Bachelor's Degree or any related courses is a must
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in any BPO company is an advantage

Salary up to 7,000 AED full package depending on your qualifications and experience
