Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Operating game customer service system;
• Filing customer advice, complaints, feedback, etc.
• Based on customer needs, build and optimize customer service setup while making targeted user operation strategy and continuously increase service quality;
• Intermediate between customers and relevant departments
• Supporting other related tasks and help improving current work contents and process;
• VIP Customer maintenance;
• Other tasks. (Localization, Survey and Live etc.)

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree;
• Skill: Excellent presentation, and communication skills required;
• Experience: same experience in Game Application Industry preferred, love games, rich experience in games, familiar with various types of games, and have in-depth research and analysis, a deep understanding of players' mentality and needs, experienced players of SLG games are preferred;
• Personal Quality: Team Player, positive attitude, great sense of humor, a good SLG gamer, Energetic and passionate about gaming industry, Be sensitive to the industry, have enough insight into user needs, and be able to quickly capture the changes of player trends;
• Language: Native Arabic and English required.
