Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is currently working with a multinational fragrance business and they are looking for a Customer Service Manager be part of their high-performing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the customer service in the aftersales, ensuring client satisfaction after a sale
• Managing the inventory
• Managing the regulatory-related administrative tasks
• Handle all incoming queries
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in customer service, shipping and logistics, order processing ideally within the FMCG department
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent
