Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational logistics business who is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Contact Centre Manager to join their team.
As the Contact Centre Manager, you will manage a team of customer service representatives, keep track of KPI's and drive your team forward to ensure they are giving the best service possible.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' management experience within a contact centre environment. Ideally you should have worked within a logistics company previously but this is not vital. It is essential you are fluent in Arabic.
