Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a well-known Government entity in Dubai Michael Page is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to oversee the Customer Services Department and improve the customers\' experience through ensuring delivery of products and services that meet their requirements, all in accordance with the company’s corporate strategy and high standards.
The salary offered to the right candidate is up to AED 30,000+.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responding to and tracking customer complaints and co-ordinate with the other operational units to reach a resolution.
• Recommending action plans to improve the productivity and the overall customer experience.
• Developing and implementing customer service strategies in order to provide total customer satisfaction and meet corporate objectives.
• Continuously developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
Requirements
• The candidate MUST be a UAE National.
• The candidate must have least 3 years of experience working in a well reputed organisation.
• The candidate must have experience working in Customer Service at a senior or Managerial level.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills both in Arabic and in English.
• The candidate must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
