Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To ensure all customers are provided with the best quality of food and service through excellent customer service, efficient management and through assuring continuous improvement in customer support.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, e-mail, letters, and face to face on a regular basis to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
- To organize investigations and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents relating to the catering services provided by Alpha.
- Providing help and advice to customers to use organization’s products or services.
- Identify and implement corrective actions arising from incident investigations.

Requirements

- Post Graduate/Graduate or equivalent qualification
- High standards of verbal and written communication in English.
- Significant supervisory skills and organization competencies.
- Experience in Customer Service at an International airport.
- Knowledge of various food service styles.
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and anticipate emerging customer needs to continually improve service standards.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Knowledge of F&B industry standards
