Job description / Role
Our client an international manufacturing company is currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to be based in their Dubai office. For this role, as a Customer Service Officer you will make sure customers’ expectations are exceeded, and support account managers on issues related to customer needs.
Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Processing orders from the purchase order receipt to the delivery and invoicing
• Coordinating the order treatment with appropriate Sales, Technical Consultants, Sales Operations, and Order Manager
• Be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up of customer requests/claims
• Undertaking effective root cause analysis whilst following best practice and quality management processes
• Attending customer meetings and assist customers when visiting the company's offices
• Responsible for record management
Requirements
To be considered, the candidate must a diploma holder with minimum 3 years of experience in the same role. Fluency in English is a must with sound knowledge in using Microsoft application. It is mandatory for the candidate to have a valid UAE driving license as this role might be required to travel within UAE.
