For a private distribution company specialized in chemicals, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service professional to join our growing team. The company is based in the northern region of the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, managing order processes, and supporting multiple internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a structured working approach, and the ability to quickly understand the company’s products and business. This role combines customer service, operations coordination, and internal support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

• Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries and ensure effective follow-up.
• Prepare sales orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate internally with logistics, finance, and sales teams to provide accurate order updates.
• Handle customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Organize and coordinate product sample deliveries.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s products and business operations.

Cross-Department Support

• Support finance with documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
• Assist the logistics team when required.
• Visit banks and business partners for document handling or sample collection/delivery when needed.
• Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or
a similar role.
• Experience or understanding of logistics is a strong advantage.
• Familiar with ERP systems or able to learn systems quickly.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, professional email communication is essential.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, structured, and able to work under pressure.
• Hands-on personality with a no 9–5 mentality.
• UAE driving license with own vehicle is preferable.
• Currently based in the UAE.
