Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a leading US clothing manufacturer who are based in Jebel Ali we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Rep. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the complete order cycle from order entry to final delivery of product, provide key interaction in the processing and delivery of information in response to customer orders, inquiries, concerns and requests about products and service offered by the company

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written English communication skills and customer service experience at an international or multinational company within the UAE
