Customer Service Representative - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for exemplary Customer Service Representatives to handle customer queries, verify leads, and provide information about our organisation’s products and services. Duties:
• Make calls promptly and courteously utilizing company procedures
• Ask customers questions to verify incoming leads and assign to appropriate team members for effective and efficient
follow ups
• Identify opportunities for Sales Account Managers to sell by regular review and audit of existing client’s accounts and performance.
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others
• Assist Sales Account Managers with Proposals, Contracts, Client upgrades, renewals etc.
• Assist Sales Account Managers with invoices and follow ups on payments etc.
• Follow up on Client’s feedback and attention to urgent matters with regards to their advertisement.
• Liaisons with operations team for features and value add on services for effective execution
• Monitor quality of ads, listings, client listings, proper utilization of quota etc.
• Weekly / Monthly performance reports to the clients.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must possess excellent customer service and data entry skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic
• Professional demeanor and telephone etiquette
• Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
• Well-versed in customer services techniques with the ability to learn quickly when needed
• Minimum of 2-3 years customer service/account management experience in the UAE
• Past experience using CRM software
• Passion for learning about and working with web technology
