Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Duties:
• Facilitate sales of all products and services according to the client's needs.
• Manage and process correspondence with customers.
• Answer and initiate phone calls and provide the required information, resolving queries and closing inbound sales leads.
• Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for sales pipeline management.
• Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements.
• Follow company CRM workflow process standards.
• Perform troubleshoot when required and follow up with the technical support team.
• Makes outgoing customer phone calls or cold calls prospecting to sell products and services.
• Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback.
• Accurate completion of all administration duties and reporting.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Meeting daily quota of quality phone calls.
• Assisting Customers on how to use products and services including Customer training when required.
• Immediate follow up all the leads provided from Sales Acquisition.
• Ensure that SMS Global processes are always followed.
• Follow up on all messages from internal systems.
• Identify any common issues/barriers which inhibit prospects from moving forward.
• Learn all Sales Acquisition Manuals in accordance to SMS Global expectations.
• Be a High Sales Performer according to SMS Global expectations.
• Meet all KPIs set out according to SMS Global expectations.

Requirements

• Customer centric mentality
• 2 – 5 years specialized in inbound or outbound telemarketing or in sales
• 2+ years Sales experience required in a commissioned based environment preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com, HubSpot or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
