Job description / Role

Our client is one of the industry leaders in the banking sector in the UAE. They have recently mandated Gulf Connexions to assist them in identifying a number of Customer Service Representatives to join their expanding team at branches across the Emirates.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the bank to customers entering the branch daily. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with both the banks internal and external customers by providing advice and detailed information on the bank’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and promote branch identity and drive sales.
• Handles customer issues in person or over the phone in relation to their banking product or service.
• Advising customers on all types of enquiries such as; balance enquiries, credit card applications, card management & internet banking.
• Identifying and agreeing on the right solution for the customer through the bank’s products and services.
• Deliver efficient and quality customer service to all customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment preferably from the banking industry.
• Must have an excellent degree of fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic language.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to problem solve, identify solutions and provide superior customer service.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A high degree of drive, motivation and enthusiasm is required for this role.
• The ability to work in a busy, commercial, competitive and result driven environment.
