Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 11K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket 4WD accessories
Job Role:
• Train, develop and be a key resource for designated markets
• Conducting regular competitor analysis
• Assist sales and marketing teams for all final execution on activities within designated markets
• Communicate with all inbound end user and distribution enquiries (English and Arabic) via digital tools
• Key point of call for any regional customer complaints and in turn lead effective and collaborative customer response solutions
• Provide Arabic proof-reading support for existing marketing collateral developed by the marketing team
• Develop and maintain effective weekly feedback to management
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male/Female, 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in automobile/auto parts industry
• Strong attention to details and can work with under pressure
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
