Employment: Full Time

Our client is now recruiting for a Customer Service Representatives.

This is a Contract role through ManpowerGroup

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on product orders
• Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio
• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required time-frame
• Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
• Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management
• Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required time frame
• Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Education and experience

• Having a Graduate Degree
• Locally present in the UAE
• Minimum 1 year experience
• English & Arabic speaking
