Job Responsibilities:
- Delivers consistent customer service and heartfelt warm hospitality to customers
- Enthusiastically welcome and greet visitors, clients & employees.
- Proactively assist the guest with their needs during their stay with the company.
- Handles phone calls & inquiries and then liaises with the right department to address the matter accordingly.
- Do follow-ups with the concerned departments to ensure that clients’ requirements are all met.
- Responsible for tracking check-in/check-out of visitors and maintains a log-in record for security.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area & conference rooms and make sure that it is organized and stocked with drinks/snacks.
- Schedule and maintain appointments accordingly.
- Provide general administrative work support.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Customer Service in Real Estate Industry is preferred
- Fluent in English
- Ability to speak in Arabic is a plus point
- Available to join immediately
