Job description / Role
Customer Service:
• Communicate to manufacturing plant and follow the production orders
• Prepare necessary documents and follow lead times
• First point of contact to inform globally customers about their new, pending orders, lead times and open invoices
Sales support:
• Create Proforma invoices, order confirmations, invoices and production orders
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with challenges as they arise
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
Back up for Logistics department:
• Communicate with local forwarders and verify pricing and lead-times
• Create and gather all documents shipment documents
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Accuracy
• Fluent, both verbal and written, in English
• Experience with MS Office and Excel
• Preferably experience with ERP systems
• No 9-5 mentality
• Located in UAE
