Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our fantastic new Contact Centre is located in Downtown Dubai & we are looking for the very best people! Each Champion will work 5 shifts per week and each shift is 9 hours (including an hour for lunch and breaks) supporting our 24/7 contact centre. Our Contact Centre uses the very latest technology and we will give our customers the opportunity to call us by voice or video!

Skills:
- As a Care Champion we will expect you to support our customers in English & Arabic (only people who speak English & Arabic will be invited for an interview)
- Answer all customer inquiries in a friendly, professional and efficient way.
- Maintain customer services standards by responding to all contacts promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times.
- Provide clear and concise responses to all customer enquiries and complaints and ensures all information is accurate in response to the customer.
- Follow contact scripts (where applicable) and respond empathetically to customers.
- Use the Knowledge Base and feedback content gaps or opportunities
- Conduct video verifications calls to authenticate customer identification as part of the sign-up process.
- Have an excellent understanding of the complaints procedure to ensure the correct escalation is followed, where required.
- Resolve customer complaints end to end.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints to a satisfactory conclusion
- Refer unresolved queries for further action as necessary by following a pre-defined escalation process.
- Support your colleagues where possible
- Respond to customer queries through online channels, e.g. social media, emails, live chat
- Promote prevention of fraud by completing internal checks and controls and escalate any breaches accordingly.
- Contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets.

The objectives is to provide a customer focused service for ourcustomers via any of the available channels; phone, email, chat, social media, etc. within a Contact Centre environment working on shift-basis.
