Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading telecommunications service provider, are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead their team of 40 Customer Service Agents. This is a permanent role based in Dubai, UAE.

Supervisor must demonstrate the highest standard of quality service, commitment and courtesy in dealing with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 5 year in customer service or contact center environment.

Other skills:
• Sound knowledge of contact center operations and related technologies
• Proficient in coaching and counselling
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong team player and leader
• Ability to lead a team of employees including motivating and developing through coach-ing and counselling
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours as required
• High level of commitment, initiative and enthusiasm
• Fluent, written and spoken, in Arabic & English
