Job description / Role
Client are a leading Local Financial services organisation In Dubai who are looking for two temporary customer service professionals to join the growing team. You will be responsible for delivering first class customer service, delivering efficient sales processes execution and dealing with disputes effectively with the goal of giving customers a pleasant and quick experience.
* Meet sales targets and KPIS
* Deliver excellent customer service and reduce customer waiting time
* Assist customers with finding the right products for them
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in English and Arabic
* Experience working in customer service within the FS industry
* Extensive career experience dealing with customers
* High school or Diploma
