Customer Service Trainee- Level Shoes
Level Shoes was built to be a community for shoe lovers and the shoe obsessed! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Trainee to join us in this continued mission, to support on the Tourist VAT Refund.
- The main purpose of the role is to support tourists with their Tax refund, after claiming the tag, the process is centralized at the concierge desk at Level Shoes.
- Handling the application and software provided by the government.
- The role requires candidates flexible to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day and flexible with timings.
Requirements
- We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, and an in-depth understanding of the digital landscape in order to drive the brand vision regionally and globally, constantly elevating our ability to acquire new customers, retaining existing customers and continuing to drive sales in the luxury/lifestyle category through consumable content.
- Excellent English communication.
- You must be digital savvy.
- University Degree preferred.
- You must be available to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.
