Customer Success Manager

Job description / Role

• Build and grow strategic relationships with key industrial clients
• Lead reliability improvement and maintenance optimization projects
• Deliver ROI-focused solutions to senior stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and operational efficiency
• Travel extensively across the EMEA region

• More than 10 years in reliability engineering, asset management, or consulting
• Strong experience in industries like oil & gas, cement, steel, or FMCG
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Based in UAE with flexibility for regional travel
• Engineering degree and preferably an MBA
