Job description / Role
Client a Financial services firm in Abu Dhabi with a global reach are currently looking for an experienced Arabic speaking Customer Support professional to join their team, ideally with a FS background.
Within this position you will be responsible for providing first class support to clients and customers of the business, assist with opening and closing of accounts, attract customers to the business and train clients on the products sold the business.
Requirements
- Due to Visa restrictions the candidate must hold either a Jordanian or Western Passport.
- Arabic speaking is essential (reading and writing is not)
- Experience working in a Customer support role within the Financial services industry
- Sales force experience
- Excellent customer service skills
Salary up to 17,000 AED offered, plus family benefits, bonus and quarterly commission.
