Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Serving as the first point of contact for any customer related issue through helpline and email support.
- Understanding customer requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
- Tracking customer requests through our integrated CRM platform and generating support tickets.
- Coordinating with Operations and Finance Teams to relay relevant information and resolutions to customers.
- Onboarding new customers including conducting virtual demos of platform.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with customers that imbues trust and dependability.
- Managing multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Tracking key metrics.
- Actively identify areas of improvement in existing processes.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Health insurance; annual ticket to home country

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: 3 years in a customer service or call support role; Experience in the shipping and logistics sector a big plus.

Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent Communication skills

Language Fluency: English
