Customer Support Executive

Job description / Role

Position: Customer Support Executive (4 Vacancies)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Package: Up to AED 4,500 + incentives and UAE benefits
Location: JLT, Dubai (Near Sobha Metro Station)

We are looking for 4 motivated Customer Support Executives to join our team immediately.

Who we’re looking for:
1. Female Tagalog speakers with excellent customer service skills
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Comfortable working in an office-based environment

Main Duties:
1. Handle client inquiries and requests
2. Assist with recruitment processes and related documentation

Requirements:
1. High school graduate or equivalent (freshers are welcome)
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center, customer service, or sales is a plus

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
