The Customer Support Manager role is critical to the success of Appleton in the Middle East & Africa region. You will ensure that our customer's experience is second to none, efficiently handling communications from pre to post order and beyond from small standard orders to large, bespoke engineered projects.
Your duties will include:
* Handle Customer Communications from pre to post Order & after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
* Manage and oversee the submission of catalogue details, drawings, project documentations etc to Customers as required
* Effectively & efficiently interact with various Appleton Group Offices & Manufacturing Facilities for obtaining / arranging Project Documents
* Coordinating activities with factories for material planning, and production schedules
* Actively assist the Sales Team with arranging the documentation required for Approved Vendor Listing
* Register and monitor all major enquiries received that need to be on the Global Project Organization's planning schedule using the CRM system
* Ensure all orders are clean before processing to maximise the efficiency of the order process and avoid any errors or delays
* Provide efficient and professional management of the documentation through coordination with other functional teams and/or world areas
* Supply chain management including trade compliance for MEA region
Requirements
In order to be considered for this role you will have knowledge of the Appleton range of products along with a built-in passion for ensuring first-class customer service. You will possess solid commercial acumen and supply-chain/logistics expertise.
You will have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Business.
