Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The job holder is responsible for:
• Providing Training and re-training to the registered users of Corp Internet Banking.
• Conducting call back verification for Corp Internet Banking customers when required
• Raise remedy to IT Support team for any issues encountered by the customer during training
• Compliant with ADCB process and policies

Requirements

• 2-years’ experience in the service industry
• Experience in Corporate Banking preferred
• High level of computer literacy
• Good excel knowledge
• Good Communication skills
• Bachelors Degree minimum
• Candidate should be willing to work in Abu Dhabi

Candidate should be willing to work for below Shift Hours and Days:
• Saturday to Thursday
• 9:15 am to 5:30 pm or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
