Job description / Role
• In charge of all coordinating activities related to import and export, customs clearance, car registration, transportation and other logistic services that may require for car trading.
• Comply and adhere to export or import administration regulations
• Communicating with Dubai Customs for follow up and queries
• In charge with the customs clearance
• VCC Registration
• Reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, BL’s/AWB’s for any in-accuracy
• Processing Gate passes (In/Out) and application for the bill of entry
• Processing Import and Export Customs bills like Transit Out, Transit In, Local to FZE types of Custom bills
• Monitor Exit Entry Certificates to ensure submission on time before expiry
• Accurate customs clearance submission monitoring to ensure no delay in clearance
• Processing car registration, documentation when needed
• Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized, and accomplished at short notices
Requirements
• Dubai Trade System (e-Mirsal 2) experience
• Customs Clearance Procedure Rules and Regulations
• Import and Export Admin regulations
• Min 5 years experience in UAE
• Mandarin Speaker is Preferred but not a Must
