About Your Team
You’ll be part of the Joinery Factory team based in Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah, reporting to the Technical & Production departments. Working closely with draftsmen, supervisors, and production planners, you’ll transform design drawings into precise, production-ready cut lists that enable seamless manufacturing operations.

Your Role
As a Cut List Maker, you will:
• Generate accurate material cut lists from approved shop drawings
• Optimise material usage to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm dimensions and quantities
• Maintain detailed records of revisions, updates, and material usage
• Ensure all information released to production is accurate and complete
• Your hours will be: 7.00am – 5.00pm
• Your working days are: Monday to Saturday

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 10+ years in joinery or furniture manufacturing
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of materials including MDF, veneer, plywood, and solid wood
• Expertise: Skilled in reading and interpreting shop drawings, and using Excel or cut optimisation software
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
