Cutting List Surveyor (Interior Design/ Interior Fit Out)

Job description / Role

Are you a detail-oriented Cutting List Surveyor with a background in furniture or interior fit-out projects? We are partnering with a well-established company in Sharjah that is looking for a dedicated professional to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Manage project budgets, pricing, and material quantities.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor site progress and update cost tracking sheets.
• Assist in preparing and submitting interim and final payment applications.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure materials are optimized for production.

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

• 3–5 years of experience in the furniture or fit-out industry.
• Strong experience in preparing cutting lists is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
