Cyber Security - Associate - Consulting

Job description / Role

• Work on impactful, structured, and data-driven Cyber business strategy engagements in the commercial or cross sector in support of a variety of different clients.
• Deliver on client engagements, including analyzing and assessing collected data, conducting primary source interviews, creating client-ready decks, and progressing towards leading substantial project workstreams.
• Learn through ongoing training and intensive on-the-job apprenticeship.
• Tackle complex, ambiguous, or often daunting problems, including providing structure and applying business analytics and judgment to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Work with both clients and business leaders to gain comprehension of the client mission, industry, or organization and incorporate expertise in data analytics strategy, and Cyber as needed.

Location/Remuneration:
The position is based in Dubai with extensive regional travel. The compensation is approximately $220, 000 USD (inclusive of allowances) + 15-35% performance based bonus + health insurance.

Requirements

• Experience with significant research, problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative expertise
• Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, leaders, and clients effectively
• Experience with working on commercial engagements
• 10+ years of experience with Cyber and Cyber strategy
• Ability to produce and contribute to deliverables within a short time frame in a collaborative team environment using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• BA or BS degree, MBA would be an advantage

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience with specific industries, including O&G, energy, or defense
• Experience with conducting primary interviews
• Knowledge of data analytics and data science
• Ability to show expertise in a foreign language
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
