Job description / Role
• Serve as a senior Cyber strategist and general management consulting leader in the Cyber strategy horizontal, charged with identifying, developing, and overseeing client projects in key commercial accounts across multiple industry verticals.
• Develop new business opportunities and lead proposals and marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor consulting staff on functional skill sets, client relationship management, and the delivery of high–quality products for client consumption.
• Apply consulting skills and toolkits to frame client issues, use critical thinking skills, analyze client problems, and propose sound and defensible solutions.
• Work with internal and cross–firm functional and technical teams to leverage the necessary expertise and apply to client environments.
• Apply a broad range of general management consulting techniques, including strategic planning, financial analysis, product planning, risk management, organizational effectiveness, and supply chain efficiency.
• Synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets and exhibit strong client facilitation skill sets.
Location/Remuneration:
The position is based in Dubai with extensive regional travel. The compensation is approximately $260, 000 USD (inclusive of allowances) + 15-45% performance based bonus + health insurance.
Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in defining, establishing, and leading business development and client delivery with private sector clients in a fast–paced environment
• 5+ years of experience with general management consulting service delivery in a consulting or internal role, defining strategy, establishing client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions
• Experience with Cybersecurity strategy solutions and security principles, approaches, and technologies
• Experience with developing and implementing successful market strategies, business development and leading proposals, and intellectual capital creation
• Experience with developing and mentoring staff at all levels on functional skills, consulting tradecraft, and client relationship management
• Ability to identify, lead the capture of specific opportunities, and build a business around Cyber strategy across various industries
• Ability to maintain client relationships at the senior levels within the market and strategically engage with vertical leaders and gain significant traction among key stakeholders
• Ability to quickly ascertain existing methodologies and intellectual capital to customize for client situation, develop approach to drive work efforts, and frame potential deliverables
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• MBA degree
